Can I edit or update my order once I have submitted it?

Orders are processed right away to ensure we get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications (i.e. adding or removing styles, changing sizes, etc.) or cancellations to existing orders. You may need to place a new order for the additional item or start a return/exchange on your initial order if eligible; please reference our return/exchange policy. 

How do I know if my order was received?

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You'll receive another email with tracking information within 1 business day from your order date, as soon as your order is scanned and shipped.

What happens if an item in my order is not available?

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will process and ship the remainder of your order and refund your account for the differences in shoe costs and shipping if applicable. You will receive an email detailing the changes in your order.


We cannot honor returns on new or used second-hand purchases from private parties, second-hand stores or resale boards (such as Ebay, Facebook or other second-hand retailers).

Returns & exchanges are FREE on all full priced merchandise in their new, unworn condition within 30 days from your purchase date. We can only accept returns on items purchased directly through livieandluca.com, within the contiguous United States.

Please note we can only process a one-time free, even exchange for a different size of the same style and color. Otherwise, please process a return for a refund or store credit. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer returns and/or exchanges for orders shipped to Canada at this time.

How do I make a return and/or exchange?

Please visit our self-service Returns Center to print your prepaid label to start your return and/or exchange. You will need your order number and shipping zip code used on the original order. You'll then receive step-by-step instructions & a prepaid shipping label via email.

Requested An Exchange?

We will then ship out the exchange order once your returned merchandise is in transit. Please note the returned merchandise must be received within 30-days of that return authorization date.

Requested Store Credit or Refund?

A refund and/or store credit back to your original form of payment will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date the returned merchandise is received. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete.
