To make sure your shopping experience is successful please refer to our size chart and make sure to double check your sizes, color selection and shipping address before finalizing your order.

Can I edit or update my order once I have submitted it?

Orders are processed right away to ensure we get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations. You may need to place a new order and return your initial order, if it is eligible for return; please reference our return policy. 

How do I know if my order was received?

Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order details. You'll receive another email with tracking information as soon as your items ship.

What happens if an item in my order is not available?

If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will process and ship the remainder of your order and refund your account for the differences in shoe costs and shipping. You will receive an email detailing the changes in your order.

RETURNS

Returns are FREE!  We're happy to accept returns on full priced merchandise in their unworn condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items sold at discounted prices are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you purchased shoes using a coupon code you may return them and receive an instant store credit in the amount of the original purchase. We cannot honor discounted pricing after a promotion period has ended. 

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our shoes are guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects which occur outside normal wear and tear. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns via our contact form and select the 'Warranty' subject line.

We cannot honor returns on new or used second-hand purchases from private parties, second-hand stores or resale boards (such as Ebay, Facebook or other second-hand retailers).

Please note that we can only accept returns on items purchased directly though Livie & Luca.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
It can take up to two weeks from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed.  You'll receive a confirmation email with your refund information.

EXCHANGES

Need a different style, size, color or fit? Start your return and place a new order with our Instant Store Credit feature. You'll then receive step-by-step return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label via email and new shipping fees will apply.

Here's how you can use your Instant Store Credit voucher:

1. Visit www.livieandluca.com

2. Redeem the voucher in the gift card field at checkout.

3. Pay any remaining amount due with an accepted payment method.

Our Instant Store Credit expires within 15 days from the date the return is issued. You will receive a refund for any outstanding Instant Store Credit balance after your return is received.

We do not process exchanges, but instead process incorrect size/color purchases as returns. We are unable to process even exchanges, price adjustments or price matching. Promotional offers cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards. Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Terms of offers are subject to change at any time without notice. Please visit our FAQ's page for more information.
