ORDERS

To make sure your shopping experience is successful please refer to our size chart and double check the accuracy of sizes and style colors in your cart before finalizing your order.

Can I edit or update my order once I have submitted it?

Orders are processed right away to ensure we get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee a modification or cancellation of your order after if has been submitted. You may need to place a new order and return your initial order, if it is eligible for return; please reference our return policy. 

How do I know if my order was received?

Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order details. When your items ship you will receive an email with tracking information.

What happens if an item in my order is not available?

If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will process and ship the remainder of your order and refund your account for the differences in shoe costs and shipping. You will receive an email detailing the changes in your order.

RETURNS

Returns are FREE!  We're happy to accept returns on full priced merchandise in their unworn condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items sold at discounted prices are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you purchased shoes during a sale with a coupon code, you may return them and receive an instant store credit in the amount of the original purchase. We cannot honor sale pricing after the promotion period has ended. 

We offer a 1 year guarantee on the quality of your shoes. If the style you originally purchased is no longer available, you will receive a store credit for the same amount of your original purchase. Please send web order number or proof of purchase from retailer along with details and photo of the defective pair to info@livieandluca.com so that our design team can qualify your return. 

We cannot honor returns on new or used second-hand purchases from private parties, second-hand stores or resale boards (such as Ebay, Facebook or other second-hand retailers). We can only accept returns from the original customer with proof of purchase. 

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
It can take up to two weeks from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed.  You will receive a confirmation email with your refund information.

EXCHANGES

We do not process exchanges, but instead process incorrect size/color purchases as returns. If your purchased during a sale, you will receive credit in the original purchase amount. We cannot honor sale pricing after a promotion has expired.   Please visit our Returns Center. Follow the steps for a return, and when prompted select Instant Store Credit to receive an instant voucher in the amount of your order. Be sure to order your desired pair ASAP as we cannot guarantee availability of sizes.  Follow the prompts to print your pre-paid shipping label and return your unwanted pair within 5 business days of receiving your Instant Store Credit.
